I think my tree is affected by the emerald ash borer. What should I do?

The emerald ash borer is a species of invasive beetle that is very harmful to ash. Native to Asia, it was first observed in North America in 2002, Michigan and southwestern Ontario.

When is the best time of year to prune trees?
